평택시지역아동센터협의회는 지난 27일 평택시가족센터가 주관하는 ‘2024년 평택가족페스티벌’ 행사에 ‘라떼는 말이야(옛날뽑기)’라는 슬로건으로 부스운영를 운영했다. 약 2,000여명의 시민이 모여 다양한 체험과 놀이에 참여했다.
이번 부스에서는 방과 후 마을 돌봄을 위한 우리동네 지역아동센터를 찾아라! 의 미션을 제시하여 참여자들이 포털에서 자신이 살고 있는 지역의 지역아동센터를 직접 검색해보는 시간을 갖게 하고, 검색 후 게임을 통해 다양한 상품을 받을 수 있도록 진행했다.
참여자들이 검색 후 자연스럽게 지역아동센터의 운영과 이용 방법에 대한 질문을 함으로써 지역아동센터를 홍보하는 기회가 되었다. 또한 지역아동센터가 없는 신도시의 경우에는 함께 아쉬워 한 후 게임에 참여할 수 있게 하였다.
양승현회장은 “평택 가족페스티벌을 통해 자연스럽게 지역아동센터를 홍보할 수 있는 기회와 게임을 통한 즐거움을 제공한 것 같아 기쁘다.”라고 말했다.
이번 행사는 다가오는 가정의 달을 맞이해 온 가족이 즐길 수 있는 여가활동 지원을 통해 가족 교류 및 소통의 장을 마련하고,
가족 구성원 간 상호작용을 촉진해 건강한 가족관계 형성을 도모하고자 마련됐다.
평택시지역아동센터협의회는 5월 4일에도 평택시가 주관하는 어린이날 행사에 참여하여 2,000여명의 아동이 즐길 수 있도록 준비하고 있다. 평택시의 아동 및 다양한 행사에 참여하여 지역아동센터가 보다 더 시민들과 가까워질 수 있도록 최선을 다할 예정이다.
